Returns and Refunds

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund. If the 7 days have elapsed since the purchase, we unfortunately cannot refund you.

Conditions of refund

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for a refund:

– The product is defective
– The product is not as described
– The product must be unopened
– The product must be in its original packaging
– The product must be used
– The product must not be damaged

In order to ensure that the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the criteria listed, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the above proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with in-store credit.

Sale and liquidation items

Only regular priced items can be returned. Unfortunately, items on sale or in liquidation cannot be returned.

Shipping items

To return an order, you must first contact us and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization.

Returns can be sent to: Le Groupe BeLuxury Canada Inc, 337 Rue Larivée, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Qc. J7V9R4. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the items you wish to return. We will not refund shipping costs.

You must ensure that the goods are properly packed so that they are not damaged during transit. If the product found for us is used beyond what you need to reasonably inspect it or if it is damaged, we may refuse a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
